Memory, guilt, nostalgia, humour and passion combine to create an uplifting backstage ensemble drama. In 2015, an old man starts a part-time job at a theatre, where he toured as a stage-manager in the 80’s. A new Assistant Stage Manager, Mercedes Tanner, is hired and the hidden secrets of the past are revealed affecting everyone in disastrous ways.
On Thursday 30th June at 1.30pm, you are warmly invited to a rehearsed reading of this brand new play with a professional cast, on stage at the beautifully restored New Theatre Royal in Portsmouth: 20-24 Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth P01 2DD ( just a few minutes walk from Portsmouth and Southsea Station, with public car parks nearby).
